Once we've confirmed we cover your area you'll be given your delivery day. Then you just need to set up your weekly subscription for the essentials you need. Then, whenever you feel like it, you can do add-on products for a sneaky treat!
We deliver throughout the day, starting as early as 4am. We'll leave your items on your doorstep or another agreed spot—just make sure to leave out a container for them, or even better, buy one of ours!
Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust your delivery day once it has been set. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time frame because our routes vary depending on the number of customers and the size of orders for that day.
Delivery fees vary based on your basket size.Under $20 - $5.95$20-39.99 - $4.95Over $40 - $2.95You can view delivery fees when you add subscription items to your basket and on your weekly payment receipts
Payments are taken three days before your delivery day for subscription items:Monday delivery - ThursdayTuesday delivery - FridayWednesday delivery - SaturdayThursday delivery - SundayFriday delivery - MondayPayments for any Add-ons are taken at the point of ordering
Most of your details can easily be amended by following the steps below:1. Once logged in Select the 'Person’ icon at top right of web page2. Select "My account"3. Select "payments"4.Select "Add a new card"5. Pop in the Details - make sure to tick "make this card default" if you are switching to that for all payments5. Click 'Save'
You can see your receipts on My Account, you will also be emailed a copy1. Once logged in Select the 'Person’ icon at top right of web page2. Select "My account"3. Select "ReceiptsA subscription receipt is all payments made in relation to your subscription.A checkout receipt is all payments related to your add-on purchases.
Uploading a picture is really helpful for your driver to ensure they are delivering to the correct location.You can upload a picture of your door or delivery spot on our website by following these steps:1. Once logged in, click on the 'Person’ icon at the top right of the web page.2. Select "My account."3. You'll see a cartoon image of a blue door; click on "upload a picture."4. Once uploaded, scroll to the bottom and click "save."

Great to hear you're enjoying your deliveries! If you want to add more subscription items, just follow these 3 steps:1. Go to the products page and select the item.2. Choose "repeat order," set your start date, and add it to your Basket.3. Head to your basket and checkout.
If you fancy treating yourself you can have Add-on products with your subscription delivery, just follow these 3 steps below:1. Go to the products page and select the item2. Select Add-on item and add to basket3. Head to your basket and checkout
If you want to remove an item from your subscription, follow these steps:1. Go to the Repeat Orders page.2. Find the item you wish to remove.3. Select "cancel this repeat order."4. Provide us with some feedback on why you're removing it and click submit.If you want to remove an Add-on follow steps 1 and 2 above and then select "cancel" and you're done!

Give us a bit of insight into your pause reason5. Enter your pause start and end day (maximum length of 28 days)6. Select "Pause All"

Collecting your empty glass bottles and refillable pots helps prevent truckloads of plastic from polluting the planet. To ensure your local driver collects your empties, please rinse them and leave them in your usual delivery spot before your next scheduled delivery.If your empties haven't been collected as expected, please get in touch at [email protected] and we will arrange for someone to collect these for you the next time they are in the area.
We do not sell raw milk. All of the milk that comes from our dairy is homogenized and pasteurized
The milk is not certified organic, but they feed their ladies homegrown food from Ellington and some surrounding towns. Silage (corn) ryelage, haylage, and supplemental nutrients and minerals are all determined by an on-site nutritionist. A cow's food proportions are determined by her age, stage of lactation and more. They get very individualized care. They use no hormones.
If a cow rarely gets an infection, yes they’ll use antibiotics, just like an ear infection for human kids, UTI for adults, etc. The other option can be fatal for the cow. However, the cow is separated and milked with her own single machine and it is dumped entirely. Then she must wait many weeks after being off the medication with continued testing to go back to the main parlor. They milk gets tested on every single load. Any trace of antibiotic would shut down the farm so they absolutely abide by this.
