Parker’s Apple Sauce is made with a blend of New England grown apples including the iconic McIntosh and the sweet Cortland. The apples used are ones that don’t make it through the retail sorting process due to appearance, but are otherwise perfectly delicious, making Parker’s a great example of good food with minimal waste.
