Sourdough Haven is a small-batch bakery based in Uniontown, Ohio. Their sourdoughs are made with a traditional fermentation process and real ingredients throughout.
The loaf leads with the natural tang of sourdough, layered with sweet blueberries and a citrus lift from real lemon zest. It's fruit-forward without being sweet in the way a dessert bread would be.
It works well toasted with butter, but it's just as good straight from the loaf. The blueberry and lemon flavors come through clearly either way.
