Your Porch Box is made to order, so we collect payment at signup to get your box into production right away. Most orders ship within 4 to 6 weeks and arrive with one of your regular deliveries, and we'll let you know beforehand so you can look out for it.
If Modern Milkman delivers to you in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, or Rhode Island, you can add a Porch Box to your account. It ships with one of your regular weekly deliveries once your order is ready.
If you close your Modern Milkman account before your Porch Box arrives, we'll refund what you paid. If you'd like to cancel just the Porch Box while keeping your account active, and it hasn't been delivered yet, we'll issue a credit to your account instead.
