Curtis Latremore never planned to be a chicken farmer, but caring for hens soon became a meaningful family routine—especially for his son Kegan, who has autism. What began in 2010 as a vision to create opportunity has grown into a thriving family farm rooted in care, community, and quality. In 2011, the Latremores built their first barns in upstate New York, and by 2013 had expanded to three. By 2016, they were running their own feed mill, ensuring that every hen received the highest-quality organic nutrition. What started as a contract farm has since evolved into a fully independent family business, proudly launched under the Latremore Pine Ridge Farm brand in 2023.Today, the farm is home to tens of thousands of free-range hens producing organic farm-fresh eggs, all raised with a focus on animal well-being, sustainability, and freshness. Unlike large-scale operations that stockpile inventory, Latremore produces eggs to order—delivering rich, golden-yolked eggs at their peak of flavor and nutrition. Every step of the process, from feed to grading, is handled with hands-on care and integrity.
We work with real farmers and a network of independent suppliers who provide fresh groceries. This allows us to keep supply chains short, treat everyone fairly and reduce unnecessary waste.
