
Top Flight Pasta was founded by Tyson White, a former network administrator and commercial pilot who decided to trade flight plans for flour. Driven by a love of cooking and a passion for sharing quality food, Tyson dreamed of bringing fresh, handmade pasta to his local community in Louisville, Ohio. That dream took off in June 2024, and Top Flight Pasta has been soaring ever since.Believing that fresh pasta simply tastes better—with a texture and flavor that dry pasta can’t match—Tyson set out to make products that help people create quick, flavorful meals at home. Each batch is made with just three ingredients: semolina flour, water, and salt, ready to cook in only 1–2 minutes.Top Flight Pasta is a true family operation: Tyson’s wife Jennifer and mother Sharon play vital roles in the business, sharing his belief that small, local producers are the heart of every community. Together, they’re proving that when pasta is made with care—and a little lift from passion—it really can take your meals to new heights.
We work with real farmers and a network of independent suppliers who provide fresh groceries. This allows us to keep supply chains short, treat everyone fairly and reduce unnecessary waste.
