Together with his family, he launched Stani Dairy in Ansonia, CT, using local ingredients, including fresh milk from nearby farms, to create a yogurt that stays true to its roots.Their yogurt is made using traditional artisan straining methods, resulting in a thick, creamy texture with rich flavor—just like the Greek yogurt you’d find in a small village taverna.
